Reception is open from 6.30 am to 11 pm, Tuesday to Friday, and from 8 am to 11 pm Saturday to Monday*.

If you are going to arrive after 10 pm, please contact us before 7 pm.

Rooms available from 3 pm. Please vacate your room by midday.

Children under 3 stay for free in their parents’ room (cots available on request, subject to availability). Children aged 3 to 12 can enjoy breakfast at a discounted rate. Pets are welcome on request when booking. An additional charge applies.

For your stay, you will be asked to provide a valid bank card in your name when you arrive. The accommodation and any other additional charges not included in the initial booking price must be paid on the day you leave, at the latest.

City tax is not included in the booking price. It is applicable in the municipality and must be paid at the hotel.

We accept the following means of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques, cash.

The hotel reserves the right to charge the bank card provided on arrival for anything consumed, any nights or extras not paid on the day you leave.

The reception, restaurant and an accessible room are located on the ground floor of the hotel, which does not have a lift. The meeting room and the other rooms are accessible by stairs.

There are several parking spaces and free public car parks near the hotel.
